A beautiful cross over from our fruity red, with the very essence of our whites, which delivers a wine that can be vibrant and sumptuous on summer days but retaining body for those winter nights. A great tipple all year round.
Taste: Crisp, dry with a balance of flavour and a delightfully zingy acidity and a long finish that refreshes the palate. Perfectly balanced with hints of apple, lime and a dash of passion fruit, supported by a soft peach palate.
Food Match: Seafood, light salads, goats cheese, risottos.
